Since moving to Central Phoenix, just north of downtown, I have become quite spoiled. With many locally owned, one-of-a-kind restaurants, bars, art galleries and shops within walking distance or a quick light rail ride away, it is hard not to be out and about every day. One of my favorite bi-weekly stops is the Phoenix Public Market, a local, community gathering of produce vendors, food trucks and artists selling their wares. Every Wednesday evening and Saturday morning, my husband and I make our way to Central and McKinley to stock up on fresh veggies, cheese and nut butters for the week. Yes, I can eat a whole jar of almond or peanut butter in one week....don't judge! And, anyone that knows me can tell you of my lifelong cheese obsession, so a weekly resupply is necessary.

That being said, it should be no surprise that one of my favorite vendors is Stone Grindz, selling raw nut butters, raw chocolate and raw superfood bars. The first time I saw their booth at the farmers market, I was thrilled because they were the first to sell nut butter that I had seen. Morgan and I picked up an cashew butter and coconut butter that first visit and have shopped from them every Saturday since. Having the world's biggest sweet tooth, my husband is especially in love with their raw chocolate bars. The flavor is unreal and doesn't have that sugary sweet taste typical of conventional chocolate bars. Just pure chocolaty goodness! My pick is the coconut butter which is delightful on bread, but I am guilty of eating it with a spoon straight from the jar. So if you in the Phoenix area, please support the wonderful vendors at the Phoenix Public Market and stop by the Stone Grindz booth for a sample. You will find their samples phenomenal and the owner, Steven to be super friendly to chat to. Thank you, Steven, for letting me take a couple shots of your tasty products!

Another thank you goes to James H., of Aspex Photography, for shooting my outfit of the day pics! We had a great time in downtown Phoenix, by one of the many murals. There were a couple other groups doing photo shoots at this location at same the time....fellow bloggers, I wonder? Thank you all for reading my little blog! Have a wonderful Thursday and safe holiday weekend!!
